Payment Policy
SterlinGlams accepts payments through Paystack using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Verve.
All payment transactions are processed securely through Paystack using industry-standard encryption and security protocols designed to protect your personal and financial information. SterlinGlams does not store your complete payment card details on its servers.
Payment must be successfully authorized and received before an order can be processed and shipped. If a payment is declined, cancelled, or otherwise unsuccessful, the order will not be confirmed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available at the time of purchase.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Important Notice
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, SterlinGlams does not currently accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
All items undergo thorough quality inspection, packaging, and verification before shipment to ensure that they are delivered in excellent condition.
Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once they have been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details before completing checkout.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery at info@SterlinGlams.com, providing your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.
Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and where a claim is verified, SterlinGlams may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate remedy.
SterlinGlams is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping or courier services after the order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable law.
