All orders placed through the Website constitute an offer to purchase products from SterlinGlams.

Upon receipt of your order, we may acknowledge receipt by email; however, such acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order by dispatching the products to you. SterlinGlams reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. SterlinGlams reserves the right to:

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders placed on business days before the applicable order processing cut-off time will typically be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business days.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Customers should inspect deliveries promptly upon receipt and notify SterlinGlams within a reasonable period of any discrepancies, missing items, or visible damage.

Ownership of the products shall remain with SterlinGlams until full payment has been received and cleared.

Products purchased through physical SterlinGlams stores may not be returned through the Website unless expressly permitted by our Returns Policy.

Warranty coverage, where applicable, shall be subject to the specific warranty terms accompanying the product and any applicable consumer protection laws.
